Personnel and Human Resources Ministry Team is devoted to providing effective policies, procedures, and people-friendly guidelines and support for MLC Staff. Record keeping, policy supervision, caring support, and evaluations are performed by members of this team.  Additionally, this team’s human resource function serves to make sure that the churches mission, vision, values and guiding
principles are optimized.
